  • Philadelphia cheese 1 kg
  • cookies 300 g
  • butter 130 g
  • sugar 130 g
  • chicken eggs 5 PCs.
  • vanilla extract, 2 tsp

  • Let’s start with the fact that crush the cookies in a blender, then add the melted butter, a little bit again beat into a soft mousse, pour into a form and align.

  • Then the prepared mass add to the form, align and put into the already heated oven to 160 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
